Victor Aliwalas
Co-Founder & CEO
Victor Aliwalas is a seasoned executive and strategic advisor with nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning Telecommunications, Offshoring & Outsourcing (O&O), M&A, Tech Startups, Data Centers, and SaaS/ICT. He has successfully co-founded, advised, and invested in multiple ventures across the globe, building a reputation for driving growth and innovation in high-impact industries.
Since 2011, Victor has played a pivotal role in shaping the Philippines’ IT-BPM, Telco, and Data Center sectors. He began as Sales Head for Asia Pacific and Australia for a Swedish outsourcing firm before leading sales at the first Y Combinator-backed startup in the Philippines, which focused on tech-enabled talent acquisition for the BPO industry.
He later joined PLDT Enterprise, the country’s largest telecommunications provider, where he served as Vice President and Head of Customer Relationship Management for the IT-BPM vertical, managing a business portfolio exceeding $100 million. He also co-led the Hyperscale Data Center Team, playing a key role in supporting global cloud and hyperscaler deployments in the country. Following this, he was appointed President and CEO of Multisys Technologies Corporation, a leading software solutions provider under the PLDT Group.
Victor went on to co-found WAGMI Solutions, a boutique outsourcing provider, and currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer and Board Member of WeCap Financial Inc., an SEC-registered broker-dealer in securities and PSE Trading Participant specializing in boutique investment and advisory services. He also co-founded the Data Center Association of the Philippines as well as several other companies in the Cybersecurity and Manufacturing space.
With a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation, Victor has advised on AI-driven solutions for enterprise and facilitated multi-million-dollar M&A transactions in the BPO space since 2019. His vast network spans global C-suite executives and decision-makers across the BPO, telecom, and data center ecosystems.
An active contributor to industry development, Victor is affiliated with several key Philippine business and industry organizations, including AmCham, DCAP, IBPAP, and CCAP, where he continues to champion collaboration, innovation, and the country’s position as a global digital and outsourcing hub.

Liz Aliwalas

Liz is a Licensed Customs Broker with over 20 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and Customs Clearing. She holds a Master’s Degree in Customs Administration from the Philippine Maritime Institute and an undergraduate degree from De La Salle University majoring in International Studies.
She has successfully managed importation process for numerous international companies, brands, and consulates.
Her key areas of expertise include logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance, with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, import/export clearance for multinational clients across a wide variety of industry verticals. She also has a proven track record in freight forwarding, specifically in seafreight and airfreight logistics, ensuring seamless cargo movement and timely delivery.
Liz was instrumental in establishing membership and securing key industry accreditations with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), Philippine International Seafreight Forwarders Association (PISFA), Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB), and Aircargo Forwarders of the Philippines (AFPI).

He returned to the Philippines in 2007 to co-found Open Access, a pioneering BPO company. Paul is a former Googler and is a graduate of UC Berkeley.

Donald Felbaum is a Senior Advisor and Board of directors on numerous Philippine company’s. Donald brings over 25 years of experience working in-country in the Philippines in tech-related sectors, including telecoms, IT-Enabled Services (ITES), and Information and Communications Technology (ICT). He has supported successful companies in over twenty-five markets around the world, advising on start-up strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and project funding. He has broad general management experience, as well as deep experience leading teams and managing his own business. He has provided strategic advisory services to major telecommunications firms, start-ups, and BPO sector market entrants, including providing market assessments, due diligence, and guidance on engagement with various government entities on financing and approvals.
